29th of October, Saturday = Coronation Day of King Sihamony (new king)
31st of October, Monday = Preak Voreach Beida Norodom Sihanouk's Birthday (the old king's birthday)
Operations will resume on 1st of November, Tuesday.
Reports due on the days mentioned (if any) would be sent on 28th of October, Friday.

Greetings from Winterthur (small nice town near zurich), where the only public internet access i can find is at the MacDonald's (bloody expensive)
U may be pleased to find out the following 2 facts:
1) your blog is listed in Wikipedia, under topic "Cambodia" where your blog is listed under foreigners living in Cambodia.
2) your blog is BLOCKED in the Macdonald's terminals. Which means your blog contains material not fit for MacDonald's clientel in swissland. How cool is that?
