Brewed some Bheadhamese ka-fei for a sleepy Saturday afternoon. Bought some moka & arabica powda when I was there last year. Checkout the pics here.
For ppl that has never experienced their cup of Bheadhamese Java, that weird aluminium contraption is a filter whereby hot water will run thru the kopi powder and drips slowly down to the glass below. The Bheadhamese males like to sit at cafes (out-facing) and as their ka-fei drips unhurriedly, they watch the world go by.....a bunch of lazy buggers those Bheadhamese hahaha...No wonder their women look for Sporean husbands ;)
Over in Bheadham, they love their coffee - it's always quality over quantity. About 60 to 75% of the little filter will be filled with some kickass grade A coffee powder. This results in this little amount java juice - wickedly potent shit. And if you're a cheapskate like me, the same stuff is good for 2 to 3 re-drips...
flat·u·lence 1) The presence of excessive gas in the digestive tract. 2) Self-importance; pomposity.
