"The Landlord" has got to be the funniest clip you'll see in awhile...
Will Ferrell and Pearl McKay(the little girl playing the "nasty" Landlord) are freaking hilarious! The guy with the magazine is Adam McKay - Pearl's real dad :)
When I get my own kids, I'm gonna teach them to swear too... hehehe...
