Boys & Girls, it's time for another one of my "What did you have for lunch today?" segments....
USD2.50 cantonese fried rice with beef. Abit pricey (compared to S'pore prices) but very yummy!
The rice is very well tossed & fried, very fluffy. Each rice grain had an almost pearl-like translucence, and each grain was separated from the rest. It's not watery and the oil is evenly distributed onto every grain - so there's no sticky or clumpy rice bits. And for the health-conscious, there's no excess oil.
Alot of beef, all about medium-rare...just nice, not too dry - hmmmm....juicy beef chunks. Checkout the pics here: fried rice & closeup
