Down, Feel So Down...

Just had a little ICQ chat with Rod. Feel quite down now. Read the excerpts of the conversation below and u'll know why:

Me: haha, u got how many more weeks in thailand?
Rod: coming back next friday first. depends on whether i am permanently assigned to the thai team or not. if yes, then the next 2 weeks i prob going to europe for training, then back to thailand for at least 1 month... maybe 2.
Me: wah damn cool....europe...
Rod: yah i hope so man... the thailand project manager really wants me on the team, but she has to ask my boss whether can or not first.
Me: she!??!! babe or not?
Rod: err... she's a dutch lesbian
Rod: hey ferry sms me last week, saying he got offered a perm position in london. but he prob not/cannot take it.
Me: wah loa!!! perm position!!! why dun want?
Rod: ferry got other considerations like gf etc. anyway its half a year down the road. he still there till november

When? When? When? When will I get a job!!?!??!?!!!!??!?
