FIFA WORLD CUP 2002

After seeing the top teams play so far, these are my top 3 teams of the tourney so far:
1) Argentina - Best all-rounder, fluent attack with rock solid defending...
2) Brazil - Best attack of the whole tourney, defence is acceptable
3) Italy - Same old, same old...Best defence of the whole tourney with a magical player called Totti and a giant of a striker, Vieri...best counter-attackin side...

??? teams:
a) Germany - 8-0 win against the Saudis is no big deal, and the draw against Ireland only showed their defending is quite strong and they can only score from headers...play too much like Liverpool???
b) Spain - Didn't really watch the match but they dun look like a cohesive unit from wat little stuff I saw...
c) England - Sucked but I got a gut feeling they might just up their game...or maybe not...
d) France - Disappointin result but they showed enuff flair in that game, so I think they should be able to do better....especially with the Zizou comin back from injury...
e) Portugal - Cockster keeper and static defence...dun look like the Euro 2000 side that went all the way to the semis...

Surprise Package:
a) Senegal - New Reds striker El Hadj Diouf or the Ahmad Latiff lookalike [Loe's sharp observation] might just bring them into the 2nd round....if he's good enuff for Houllier, he's good enuff for me...
b) South Korea - Played damn good football against the poles with their never-say-die attitude, fightin for every ball...confirm 2nd round...
c) USA - Looks good...abit like South Korea, I didn't expect them to beat Portugal...
